Dear Friends, Prayer partners, & faithful Supporters,
Greetings from our Lord Jesus Christ!
We are so thankful to God for His grace and mercy towards our extended family. We are doing well here, the children’s have settled in their new respective classes. This year we faced some problems with their schooling. We divided them by sending them to two different school; but thank God for His favour in man’s sight, we got admission into a new school for the 6th and 7th grade, which means, 16 children in one school and rest in old school.
We thank God for His provision since we were able to get new uniforms, school bags, note books, etc. We thank all those dear ones who contributed towards our children’s academic year expenses. Here the children, staff and family are doing very well. However, we appreciate your prayers for us, especially Lydia who has faced a lot of problem with her health: especially last month when she
faced lot of problems, mentally, physically and spiritually. Her father (my father in-law) had kind of stroke which affected his speech and this has deeply concerned Lydia. We appreciate your prayers.
In May, We had a very successful VBS programme. Along with our own children there were 172 children from the village who attended and heard the gospel, this year our them was “ JESUS IS MY HERO” . On the last day many were in tears and gave their life to
Jesus. 7 shewed great interest and began to come and preparing for Baptism.
To our surprise we had a great harvest in our Kitchen Garden, which really helped us a lot during our summer with the high prices of vegetables.
We praise God for vegetables like Bottle Guard, Ladies Finger (Okra), Snake Guard, etc.
As some of you are aware last year, due to heavy rain, our Campus filled with water and rose to ground-floor level. We struggled without power and water for two days. The Trust decided to build a new E.B room (Electricity room) with Generator facility and a wash room for boys. By God’s grace we are about to finish. Kindly
pray for provision to pay the builder and also we need to get new cable to lay from each block from the new E. B. room. We are praying for a Generator too, as I shared with some of you we need at least 15KV to 20KV support of a Generator which will support entire campus.
Kindly pray for the Hannah House of Prayer, the chapel building has started and the work is in progress
and we plan to finish before the monsoon starts. This chapel will be built on top of our existing Bowman Block.
